Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before the cruise and receive a full refund.
- If you are late and miss the boat, no refund will be given.
- If your number of guests changes before check-in, you must contact the reservations desk.
- Fewer guests without advance notice = no refund for unused tickets.
- More guests than originally booked = additional seats are not guaranteed because of Coast Guard passenger limits.
- If extra guests cannot be accommodated, you are not guaranteed a refund.
- You can change or cancel your reservation online using the link in your confirmation email.
- If you need help, call reservations at (941) 366-6116.
- Do not email cancellation requests.
Weather Related Cancellations
Cancellation due to weather is decided by the captain by time of departure. Lightning, heavy rain, or high winds may potentially cancel the cruise; however, we operate rain or shine and scattered or isolated showers will not cause us to cancel. If we cancel due to inclement weather we will issue a full refund. For information regarding cancellation on the part of the customer, please refer to our previously stated cancellation and refund policy.
