Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before the cruise and receive a full refund.
  • If you are late and miss the boat, no refund will be given.
  • If your number of guests changes before check-in, you must contact the reservations desk.
  • Fewer guests without advance notice = no refund for unused tickets.
  • More guests than originally booked = additional seats are not guaranteed because of Coast Guard passenger limits.
  • If extra guests cannot be accommodated, you are not guaranteed a refund.
  • You can change or cancel your reservation online using the link in your confirmation email.
  • If you need help, call reservations at (941) 366-6116.
  • Do not email cancellation requests.

Weather Related Cancellations

Cancellation due to weather is decided by the captain by time of departure. Lightning, heavy rain, or high winds may potentially cancel the cruise; however, we operate rain or shine and scattered or isolated showers will not cause us to cancel. If we cancel due to inclement weather we will issue a full refund. For information regarding cancellation on the part of the customer, please refer to our previously stated cancellation and refund policy.

We are located within Marina Jack outside of downtown Sarasota, FL. Our vessel is docked close to the Ringling Boulevard entrance.
Yes, there is parking at Marina Jack Bayfront and Downtown. Bayfront parking lots and garages are owned, operated, and monitored by the City of Sarasota. Please pay attention to all posted signs and ordinances.
We open our calendar for regularly scheduled cruises three weeks in advance. If the date you are looking at is outside of three weeks please check back closer to your planned trip. If the date you are looking for is within three weeks it may be fully booked or privately chartered.

Feel free to review our Private Charter page for average pricing and options. If you are looking at booking a large group or a Private Charter please reach out to our reservations desk: (941) 366-6116, they will refer you to our office.

We do not offer discounts or advanced bookings for large groups. Groups of 65 passengers or more should consider Privately Chartering the vessel. Reservations are open on our public regularly scheduled cruises three weeks in advance.

We do not have a senior rate. Adults are considered 13+.
No, we have a strict no pets policy.
The ramp onto our vessel can accommodate a standard sized wheelchair allowing access to our lower deck. The upper deck is only accessible by a set of stairs. Our restrooms are not considered wheelchair accessible.

Yes! We have a full bar as well as specialty cocktails, beer on tap, and non-alcoholic options. Our food menu includes appetizers and lite bites. If you would like to peruse our menu please click here.

No outside food or beverages are permitted onboard, this includes bottled water.

While our boat tours offer fantastic opportunities to observe dolphins, manatees, and other local wildlife, these animals are wild and free to roam—just as nature intended. We cannot guarantee sightings on every trip, but we always strive to provide a fun, educational, and memorable experience on the waters of Sarasota Bay.

Please reach out to our reservations desk: (941) 366-6116. Their hours are generally 9am-5pm daily. If you are calling outside of that timeframe make sure to leave a voice message so they can get back to you. We would appreciate it if you did NOT email in your cancellation.

You may bring strollers on the boat; however, they are only permitted on the lower deck of the vessel, not upstairs.

Proper Attire Required:

  • Cover-Ups Required: Bathing suits must be covered.
  • Footwear: Shoes must be worn at all times.
  • Shirts: Shirts must be worn at all times.
